SHIPPING TERMS

 

The following terms apply to any orders you make from this website.

Your order is an offer to purchase wine from Kings of Kangaroo Ground. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Kings of Kangaroo Ground unless and until we accept your order and when we (or third party payment gateway such as Paypal) debit your credit or debit card. At the moment we accept your order a contract will be made between you and us.

All wine or other goods ordered remain the property of Kings of Kangaroo Ground until payment is received in full. Our total liability to you for non-delivery of purchased goods is limited to the purchase price of the wine.

Your contract of sale will be with Wunspoon Unit Trust ABN 36 284 236 309 trading as Kings of Kangaroo Ground under Liquor Licence No. 32802911.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rate at a flat rate per order will be added to your order at checkout (unless waived with a free shipping voucher for use on this Web site):

Victoria – $15.00

New South Wales, South Australia and ACT – $25.00

Tasmania – $25.00

Queensland – $35.00

Western Australia and Northern Territory – $45.00

We do not accept orders outside of Australia through this Web site – for international order enquiries, please contact Ken at ken@kkg.com.au

Delivery

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel or edit your order. It is your obligation to ensure that product and delivery details are correct at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will arrange for the delivery of your order with 3 working days but are unable to guarantee time of delivery. Kings of Kangaroo Ground shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

The person we deliver to has to be aged 18 years or over (and may be asked to provide proof of age). If no one is at the delivery address, or if there is no one aged 18 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address and you will need to collect your order from the location specified in the notice.

It is the your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. If we are advised that an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the carrier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

If an order has been lost in transit, replacement items will be despatched at our discretion. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Returns

If you receive a product that you believe is faulty or damaged we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. If we are unable to replace a wine with the same vintage, we reserve the right to supply the same wine of a different vintage.
